How long after order will it take to complete website and handover to me?
Our Ready To Go webstores will be ready for transfer to you within 24 hours
Our Standard webstores will be ready within max. 7 days (usually 72 hours)
Our Custom Built webstores will be ready within max. 14 days (usually 7 days)
Can I change the Standard Design for my club?
Yes, most definitely. Simply chose a Custom Built - we start with the standard design, but then customise the layout to suit your needs. Be it the background, text or menu colours. We will also design THREE unique headers for you to chose from. The one you chose for your website will NOT be replicated on any other webstore.
I prefer the standard design another club has to be set up for my club, can this be done?
Yes, most definitely. Simply chose a Custom Built for your website and in the payment reference advise us the club design you do like - we will then install the alternative design for your club and then customise the layout to suit your needs. Be it the background, text or menu colours. We will also design THREE unique headers for you to chose from. The one you chose for your website will NOT be replicated on any other webstore.
There's no design up for the football club I want, can I still order ?
Yes, we are loading up designs for all clubs as quickly as we can. Sorry, but business means the clubs in most demand tend to get completed/listed first. We aim to have designs up for all clubs as soon as possible. If the club you wanting a webstore for is not showing a design yet, you can still order or email us for an update on when design will be ready for you to view. Are there any additional costs ?
With any website you have 2 ongoing costs - domain name renewal and web hosting. A website cannot exist without both.
We have an annual domain name renewal cost of £15. With a Standard or Custom Webstore, the domain name will only be registered upon your order, so you will not need to renew the domain name until 12 months after order. With a Ready To Go webstore, the domain name renewal will vary depending on when the assigned domain name was originally registered.
We provide 3 months FREE web hosting with all new webstores. You can renew the web hosting with us, using 3 plans (£9.95 monthly, £34.95 half yearly or £49.95 annual). Clearly the annual renewal is considerably cheaper than paying monthly, saving approx £70 over 12 months.
Nb. At the end of 3 months you are free to shop around for alternative web hosting packages with other companies - you are not tied to us.
Can I use official club logos ?
You can, as long as you have official permission in writing from relevant club and/or authorities. We will not include them in any header design or website background for you, unless you provide copies of your written permission. This is due to the fact that we, as hosting your website, would also be liable to copyright offences in addition to yourself being liable.
